Which power plug adapter do I need depending on my country?
Type I — Australia, New Zealand, China, Argentina, Papua New Guinea
Type G — United Kingdom, Ireland, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, Kenya, Nigeria (and much of the former British colonial sphere)
Type B — United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Taiwan, parts of Central America and Caribbean (the three-prong version of the North American plug, with grounding pin)
Type J — Switzerland, Liechtenstein
Type E/F (CEE 7/7) — Most of continental Europe — France (Type E), Germany (Type F), and the hybrid CEE 7/7 plug is designed to fit both E and F sockets. Covers the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, Scandinavia (Norway, Sweden, Finland), Poland, Czech Republic, Greece, Turkey, South Korea, and many others across Europe and beyond.
How fast will I receive my order?

For all European countries we use UPS to ensure delivery as fast as possible. Delivery typically takes 2-3 days from the shipping date. - International Orders
For shipments outside Europe, we deliver via UPS or FedEx. Orders placed outside Europe typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
Can I get help with product compatibility before purchasing?
Yes! If you need confirmation that a product is compatible with your setup, submit a ticket to our support portal with your system details. An Axelera expert will respond with personalized compatibility guidance to ensure you make the right choice.

What if I have issues with my product?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order is processed and cannot be changed. Please contact us via email at hello@store.mail.axelera.ai immediately if you need assistance.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging. In order to arrange a return, please submit a ticket to our support portal, one of Axelera experts will contact you, asses your return and provide shipping label.

Can my order be VAT-exempt if I’m buying for a company?
Yes. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company (including as an employee) and provide a valid EU VAT number your order may be VAT-exempt. You can insert company VAT nr in your cart right before you start the check-out.
Conditions for VAT-exemption.
VAT exemption applies only to cross-border purchases within the EU when buying on behalf of a company and a valid EU VAT number is provided at checkout. Domestic orders (within the same country) are not VAT-exempt.
